on sunday little adriana was born. less than three kilos heavy, and just under half a meter short. she is adorable, and i love her to the moon and back. i'm her auntie and very thankful for being able to be around these first days of her life. today she slept in my arms for more than one hour and i could have sat there for many, many more.

 

instead of sharing because i feel like i have to, i'm taking a break to figure out how to best use this place. changes will be made, sometime. i will come back, someday. till then, instagram is where i share the most.

 

shoppar vintage burberrys för inga pengar på second hand, klipper mig hos min gamla frisör för första gången på sex år, kör bil och ölskar det, klappar katten, får finaste frukostbrickorna av mamma, överväger att investera i en bettskena för treochetthalvt tusen, tar jättedjupa andetag, är stolt över mitt jobb men tycker just idag att det är förbannat skönt att vara ledig, kramar min familj flera gånger och tycker att solen ska ta och titta fram nu.

 

"i went to sónar stockholm and all i got was this lousy cold". no but honestly, my body is very much struggling to keep up with my pace, and i'm very much thankful for it not breaking down earlier. me and yous had a fantastic weekend, and i stongly concidering heading down to sónar this summer.

work, work, work. tomorrow i'm heading for stockholm yet again. it's finally time for sónar stockholm and i'm super excited. it's sold out, bonobo is playing and i'm super excited. did i mention how excited i am? promise to upload a billion pictures on instagram!

 

on friday the whole of team billetto denmark and team billetto sweden (me) went bowling. i'm very much amazed by this bunch of people, and must say that a few of them really have grown on me. billetto sweden are selling tickets to outstanding festivals like sónar stockholm, and cosy countryside festivals like maglehemsfestivalen. it makes me happy tp think of it, and if you had asked me one year ago, if i would consider myself as the business development manager of sweden, at a danish tech start-up, i would probably had said, um, no. but that is life and gosh, do i love it. copenhagen bring us the most beatiful sunrises, yesterday i tore up the kitchen flooring only to have mr angelo help me put it back today, and today we are sharing the most perfect bottle of wine, watching "my cat from hell" on netflix. life, as i know it, is a perfect blend of everyday doing nothing, and days of endless fun and games. even if it migt not be the city of cheap vintage stores, we managed to find this wooden ladder that now hang on one of our doors. this place is very much starting to feel like our home (even if the kitchen sometimes bring me to tears).

 

a few months ago i joined a conversation about scent. parfume, after shave, deo and what not, the guy that brought the topic to the table, meant that he'd gotten complaints about smelling of perfume, in a bad way. that got me to think about the fact that i had tried so many different ones, but not found one that would stick to my skin for more than a few hours. before christmas i decided to spend some serious money, to get some seriously good stuff. this perfume from le labo is very much "me", cost 1000 DKK a bottle, but is hand made in london, and shipped to copenhagen ten days after, at most. meaning it's fresh, and hasn't been standing on some shelve at the tax free shop for months. i now smell nice, in a good and balanced way. at least i hope i do...

 

celebrated the new year with this lot. it was awesome. we made our own sushi, had super cold vodka shots, jumped into the new year and went through the firework mayhem that is dronning louises bro. this new year is already looking pretty great.

 

went for a walk to burn off some christmas food, but also check out the beach after the storm. quite amazing how the sea seems to have taken a big bite of these huge dunes. i love walking around the beach are with my mom and my sister. talk about good old times, comment on how some people decorate their houses and enjoy the fresh air. one day, i'll get a summerhouse here, or at least in the area.

 

the day before the day. have a few gifts to wrap, then i believe i'm all set for the holiday festivities. got a new (second hand) hat today as i thought it was about time to start wearing hats, a new white shirt as a ib ate my old favorite one and a new knitted dress from monki. below are a few pics from saturday, where me and mr angelo decided to do as we were told, and take a break from the christmas shopping. save water, drink champagne.

 

before the christmas madness start with ham, pickled herring and meatballs. i picked up the blood orange soda from galvanina at one of copenhagens cute little stores called mant. in a few hours i'm heading home to åmot and my family. i seriously can't wait!

just got introduced to this song and now feel more powerful than ever.

  

at the age of eight, i got a book about indoor plants. since then, i've been in love with the thought of getting a "araucaria heterophylla". twenty years later, i did. this is now my new favorite corner in the flat.

work, work, work. and in the meantime, our sweet upstairs neighbours hung this cute little package on the door the other day. the kids' games of "who-can-jump-off-the-bed-and-make-the-most-noise" competitions are now forgiven. a cute lil pig, and a slimey snail together with wishes for a happy christmas.

 

yesterday mom and sister came to copenhagen. we spent the day in tivoli together with every tourist in copenhagen, but it was so lovely and i want to go back next weekend again for hot chocolate and whipped cream. perfect way to get that christmas spirit going.

 

can it please be sunday soon? have been looking forward to this year's "julkalender" as barna hedenhös were one of my favorite books as a kid.

yesterday i spent a few hours at djäkne kaffebar in malmö between my meetings. it was rather cold inside (my warm socks didn't help at all), but the coffee was great and the interior super nice. took some photos for inspiration, really like the uneven table tops!

 

i'm in malmö for meetings and tonight i'll visit pernie and her boyfriend for the first time, and enjoy a very special concert with mount weibull. win!

 

yesterday we finally did it. me and mr angelo have been talking about getting or building a bigger table. i finally agreed on extending my dear snickarbänk to a big table. semi-hard work that really paid off! we bought the wood at silvan, the trestle at ikea and spent about two hours getting it done. dinner plans are now in the making.

 

i really, really want to watch it all. but, when?! twentyfour hours. guess it will have to run in the background at work to start with...

 

yesterday i did not feel like leaving stockholm at all. a very good day, that ended with youth lagoon at debaser medis with claudia. today, it does feel very good to head home. but i can't wait to come back.

 

working from mellqvists kaffebar this morning. not complaining, at all.

 

i had so much fun on thursday night. five hundred people and more came, colleagues and tove lo were awesome. i said something random at the stage, and then had shots to relax as i've got eczema on my neck from all the stress. but it was totally worth it. we had a blast, and people seemed to have fun. bliss!

the sun rose as my flicght took off this morning. spending nine days in stockholm. our launch party is on thursday, and i just can not wait!

 

at arlanda the other day, i felt like treating myself. so i bought a scented candle from rituals. i'm a sucker for fig. but is it just me, or does scented candles tend to flicker a lot more than normal candles? i had a normal one in the same room, that had a still and peaceful flame, whilst this one acted as if there was a strong wind coming in.

 

is it possible to get a job where one takes pictures of clouds? i'd apply straight away!

 

saturday's premiere of the f 1-6 parties went very well. great people at the door, and i believe i managed to cheer a few cold and annoyed guests up, after they had been standing in line for twenty minutes. imagine what a smile, a palm shaped stamp and the occasional hug can do.
