wohooo! finally o-n-e day with warm and lovely sunshine. spent by the canal with mr angelo. and beers and chips. please please please weather, stay this way!

now this is what i call breakfast in bed. when we move back to stockholm, we're going to get one of those bed tray tables. maybe not one looking like this one, rather a home made one, like this one. but until then, mr angelo's sketch pad will do just fine.

yesterday we had a lovely bbq, but today that small feeling of hope in spring is long gone. so today i will do (and haven't done this far) nothing but lie in bed and watch various series.

last night we went to london college of communication where our flatmate maja took part in an exhibition. it's always nice to finally get to see what someone has been talking about for a long time!

seriously, this weather has to stop. i've tried to look on the bright side and joke about people talking about people talking about people talking about the weather and so on. but this is getting insane. i'm going insane. bored, bored and more bored. what i hate the most is when the sun comes out for four minutes to bring you just the right amount of hope, to make you want to slap someone really hard when it goes back in behind the clouds and it starts raining again. i need to find a good hobby. i've started watching twin peaks, but you know what? i don't like it! please, let there be an end to my misery...

last night we saw 50/50. pretty sweet feel good movie with a nice soundtrack.

sooooo we watched the hunger games last night. just when the credits started rolling, we decided it was a good movie. but then we took a walk in the area and talked about it, and there were quite a few things we weren't happy about. but yes, do watch it. we did enjoy it. what we didn't enjoy tho, was paying for the tickets. going to the cinema here in london is ridiculously expensive. i also bought two (large) medium popcorns and that cost me eleven pounds. which would have been more fine, if there hadn't been a hair in one of my popcorns. after the walk we were supposed to have dinner at byron burgers in angel. but due to a gas problem with their stove (!), they were closed for the next couple of hours. so we walked to the other one in hoxton square. the burgers were very much worth the twenty minute walk. i had the cheese burger with blue cheese, and mr angelo had the byron burger. will most certainly have burgers there again!

to celebrate being a couple for one year, me and mr angelo are going on a date night tonight. dinner and a movie, but in the opposite order. going to watch either hunger games or the pirates, and then have burgers at byron!

today i've done thirty kilometers on my bike! first twenty in the sun, and then ten in pouring rain. kind of made me feel alive. and worthy of a red velvet cupcake from the hummingbird bakery together with this lovely flat white at tried and true in putney.

thunder and rain ain't gonna keep me and mr angelo from doing out photography tour today. i'm helping him out to do some reasearch for a school project. taking photos of brutalist architecture it is! til i get to upload those pictures, here's my nine latest instas:

my camera battery needs charging. so here's a few pictures taken in april that yet hasn't seen the light of day.

i just can't get enough of the cute show on vice.com. mr angelo is very keen on getting a pet pig as soon as possible, but i'd rather get a baby wombat.

compared to today, yesterday was amazing. not extremely sunny and warm, but nice enough to be enjoyed with a walk along the canal. stopped at the waterline, a lovely bar/restaurant where we most certainly will go again.

despite the rain and hail that's been bothering me the last few days, i've been more bothered by the pollen. or maybe it's the antihistamines. either way, this sunday has been spent indoors apart from short walk. passed this window with a skeleton in it and just can't stop thinking about gettign one. maybe not as ugly as this one, tho.

don't know how green our fingers are, but this blue ikea bag works just fine for planting basil, mint, chili, coriander and rosemary. we are also hoping that the thyme, sage and lettuce seeds will like it in the kitchen - the only place where it's kind of sunny! fingers crossed!

april thirteen has been just like any other day this week, sunny and rainy and sunny and rainy and now sunny again. london is in full bloom and i (incase you haven't noticed) just love it! from next week i've planned to start my mornings by getting up at seven thirty. take a half an hour long walk, or run, then do some exercises at home and finish it off with a nice breakfast. hopefully that will give me the energy i need to start my day.

my flatmate alfie posted this link on mr angelo's wall, and yes, number fourteen very much looks like him. quite scary to see how these beautiful women look so great in a beard. or am i wrong?

went up chatsworth road to have smoothies when there came sunshine, came rain, came hail, came sunshine. all in ten minutes. weather, please choose something and choose good.

stil on sweden time, i'm on my way back home. because home is where your heart is and london sure is where mine is beating right now. whilst watching a simon and garfunkel documentary on svt play, i can't help myself from taking loads of pictures of the clouds. if only i could make a living on that...

circus time! today has been very rainy, but that didn't stop us from going to cirkus olympia's show. a mix of quite boring stuff and very impressive stuff i must say.

so deadmau5 is playing at hackney weekend on the saturday. kind of sad to be missing out on that one. anyways, cousin d showed me this clip. not that it's making me less sad...

here at mum and dad's, winter doesn't seem to want to let go. a cold grip around my neck during a walk earlier gave me goosebumps and made me long for london loads. the grass is always greener, right...

good friday is in sweden called long friday, and does it live up to that or what! anyways, it has also been and will continue to be a friend filled friday. small pancakes low-carb-high-fat-style sure is something i will continue to make when i get back to london!

the sun is shining outside, and sister made me the most perfect fried egg just the way i like it; sunny side up. now that's  good morning that is!

when i see lights and views like this, i feel like i'm in some kind of fantasyland. wanted to poke the woman sitting next to me and say "hey! look at that, isn't it just amazing!". but like so many other times, i didn't.

my nose is blocked. my ears itch and my throat as well. i. hate. being. sick. but thank's to miss palm being away this weekend, me and mr angelo could borrow her flat and managed to have quite a nice one after all. lot's of movewatching and coffeedrinking. tonight it's time to leave stockholm for mum and dad's. i sure do promise myself to take loads of pictures as soon as my nose stop drippin'.
