just landed in stockholm, waiting for my dearest colleague peter at arlanda airport. feeling very "preppy" in my new cashmere sweater from h&m. funny how one can enter that store to buy a pair of tights, but end up spending one thousand kronor in ten minutes. i guess that's the con knowing ones size, and leaving everything to the very last minute... bright and crispy morning, and not as tired as i thought i'd be, since the stars were still shining bright as i left the flat.

 

i don't thnk i've said it enough: i love copenhagen. this tiny big city, where you bump into people e-v-e-r-y-w-h-e-r-e. not a place for people who want to be anonymous. and as our weekends pass, i get more and more used to not being able to sit down and have a coffee without at least two friends or friends of friends stopping to say hi. yes, there's a storm coming in, but so far it's been a sunny, warm and friendly fall.

 

woke up only to fall back asleep again. not feeling well at all, but hoping it's a twentyfour hour thing. that means, waking up again at half past four in the afternoon, this is the only breakfast (!) suitable.

 

even if the evenings are getting chilly, i'm surprised by the warm winds that stil are coming in. on saturday me and mr angelo took our bikes and spent a few hours in town. central copenhagen is alwas crammed with people on the weekend, but yet it's nothing like stockholm. and i just love it how the parallell streets to strøget can be more or less empty, when it's more or less impossible to cross the other.

 

it's monday and i'm heading over to malmö with my colleague henrik for meetings. fingers crossed, all goes well!

 

last night we celebrated the release of dalaplan's debut album at inkonst in malmö. i've seen the video so many times, but watching them play "paniken växer" live was amazing. all in all, a very good night in malmö.

 

fall is here, and we started this saturday with jamie oliver's fluffy pancakes. well, we figured out that they stay fluffy for only a few seconds, meaning they should be eaten straight away. which doesn't really work when you're only two people. lucky us, they're really tasty when they're flat too.

 

last weekend me, mr angelo and shelly went road trippin' to charlottenlunds park. it was a gorgeous ending to september, and now i'm about to get a perfect start to october in laholm. seems like forever since i saw my family, and really can't wait to give my sweet sister a big hug. also, get a closer look on how her and her fiancée's house is coming along. maybe try and find some funnel chantarelles. have as much of my moms cooking for sure.
