i'm in london! working from home for svt a few days a week, but very much available for projects here in london or projects elsewhere if it's possible for me to do is from london.
2012 started with glitter and glamour as i worked as a web editor on two of sweden's largest galas: idrottsgalan and guldbaggegalan. 2011 ended with intense work at the website for the nobel prize on sveriges television. the nobel laureates take center stage in stockholm on 10 december when they receive the nobel prize medal, nobel prize diploma and document confirming the nobel prize amount from king carl XVI gustaf of sweden. the nobel peace prize is awarded in oslo.
the autumn of 2011 i worked as a web editor at svt.se/varldensbarn. världens barn is swedens largest fundraising, this year ended at almost 80 milion swedish krona. i was in charge of taking photos for the site, and update it with information about the live gala show that was broadcasted in connection with the fundraising. meta bergqvist, producer for the gala show says that "emelie is a great webeditor. she's full of ideas, creative, fast and very nice to work with. she's a great resource."
i was also the production assistant when maskinen shot the musicvideo for their latest single "krossa alla fönster".
before that i spent the summer of 2011 at skansen. with måns zelmerlöw, veronica maggio and the lemurs. "allsång på skansen" is one of the biggest live shows broadcasted in sweden. i was web editor/web reporter. i photographed, blogged and interviewed the artists that performed at the show. most of the interviews are in swedish and you can see them at svt.se/allsang. but one of them is not only in english, but also my favourite since it was the most relaxed interview i've ever done. so relaxed i didn't even correct myself saying "nailpaint" instead of "nailpolish". oh well...
allsång på skansen 2011.
sommaren 2010 gjorde jag praktik på allsång på skansen. jag var webbredaktör och fotograferade. när det var dags att dra igång sajten för säsongen 2011 fick jag frågan om jag ville vara webbredaktör och webbreporter. det blev en härlig sommar där jag utvecklades och kände mig mer och mer säker för varje tisdag som gick.
